Welcome Huddle Haven Team!  We have just returned from an amazing trip to the beautiful Georgia countryside.

On this trip, we were fortunate enough to sit down with Monica Olsen, VP of Marketing for Serenbe; and podcast host of Serenbe Stories & Biophilic Solutions.  She gave us wonderful insight into the history and vision of this truly incredible community.

The vision for the community of Serenbe was born in an effort to protect the beautiful rural land just outside of Atlanta known as Chattahoochee Hill Country. The first house at Serenbe was built in 2004 and today the community is home to over 650 residents.

Serenbe has won numerous awards including the Urban Land Institute Inaugural Sustainability Award, the Atlanta Regional Commission “Development of Excellence“ and EarthCraft named Serenbe the “Development of the Year.”

Serenbe is a wonderful example of how we all should be valuing community in cohesion with nature.  Residents believe people can live more fully when connected to the wonders of our beautiful planet.

People say that if you want to change the world, you should start in your own backyard. If that’s so, then Serenbe is quite a beginning!
