Our guest, Dr. Terri Lance is a Behavior Coach and clinician for The Fasting Method. An organization co-founded by Dr. Jason Fung and Megan Ramos; both leading experts in the Health and Nutrition field. Dr. Fung is the best-selling author of: The Obesity Code, The Complete Guide to Fasting, The Diabetes Code, The Longevity Solution, The PCOS Plan, and Life in the Fasting Lane (co-authored by Megan Ramos).
Dr. Terri Lance achieved 85 pounds of weight loss and reversed her Type-2 Diabetes through intermittent fasting and low-carbohydrate eating strategies. Being able to regain control of her weight and health inspired her to educate others on sustainable dietary strategies. Her Wellness philosophy?
